We hand-select our apples from the sun-ripened orchards of the Elgin Valley’s organically minded farmers. The cold-pressed apple juice is naturally fermented in oak wine barrels for a minimum of 12 months, producing an apple cider vinegar that’s known for its exceptional flavour and health benefits.
Raw, unpasteurised, and unfiltered, every bottle contains traces of ‘The Mother’, a stringy, cloudy sediment containing friendly bacteria, probiotics, and beneficial enzymes. ‘The Mother’ is safe to consume — in fact, it’s good for you! — but can be filtered out before use if preferred.
